On appelle cette contribution \u00ab <a href=\"\/divorce\/definitions\/pension-alimentaire\/\" title=\"divorce pension alimentaire\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">pension alimentaire<\/a> \u00bb. <\/p>\n<h3>Fixation de la pension alimentaire.<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le montant de la pension alimentaire est fix\u00e9 par le<a href=\"\/divorce\/definitions\/juge-aux-affaires-familiales\/\" title=\"avocat divorce juge\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\"> Juge aux Affaires Familiales<\/a> en cas de s\u00e9paration ou de divorce conflictuels des \u00e9poux\/parents.  En revanche, dans le cadre d\u2019un <a href=\"h\/divorce\/divorce-amiable\/\" title=\"avocat divorce amiable\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">divorce par consentement mutuel<\/a>, les \u00e9poux ne passent plus devant le Juge aux Affaires Familiales. Ce n\u2019est donc pas lui qui va fixer la contribution \u00e0 l\u2019entretien et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9duction de l\u2019enfant due par le parent qui n\u2019a pas la r\u00e9sidence habituelle de l\u2019enfant, mais aux parents eux-m\u00eames assist\u00e9s de leur avocat respectif. <\/p>\n<p>Vous souhaitez divorcer ? Pour r\u00e9\u00e9valuer le montant de la pension alimentaire, le jugement rendu par le Juge aux Affaires Familiales ou la <a href=\"\/divorce\/convention-de-divorce\/\" title=\"avocat divorce convention\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Convention de divorce<\/a> r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par les Avocats, doit mentionner l&rsquo;indexation de la pension sur un indice des prix \u00e0 la consommation.
